Ouch, was your last comment really necessary? And the fact of the matter is it did change. But you whining about it on here and attacking people that don’t agree with you isn’t going to change anything. Maybe you can puff out your chest a little and feel better about yourself after being an Internet tough guy? My advice is if you feel that strongly about this or any other union/company issue, talk to your union reps. Or better yet. Get involved yourself. The view is different from the outside looking in.

Yup, that sounds about right.

I know it seems like a small thing to get hung up on, but it's just an example of a larger principle that is significant, and could be used to shoot ourselves in the foot later about bigger issues.
