In this last vacancy, the junior FO was a July 17 hire. 2.5 year upgrade. I think there were a lot hired between this time and the time they slowed down hiring in mid 2018. Still looking like a 3 year upgrade for people hired in 18.

Agreed. There are a large number of FOs waiting for upgrade with hire dates between fall '17 and spring '18. Upgrade times for those hired in early 2018 (jan-march) will most likely be the last vacancy for this year, ie. 20-05 or 20-06.

Supposedly planning is still saying upgrade times should come down under 2 years by the end of this year. Just based on the number of FO's I've talked to that are leaving I believe it
