Do EASA hours count as part 121 regarding the new hire bonus? I was FLYING in Europe for the last 15 years and decided to move back and start with Endeavor and this bonus could be really helpful.

Ask pilot pilot outreach. It would likely depend on whether or not that time could count towards upgrade.

Thanks for the info.

Yup. The additional $30k is a sliding scale based on your previous 121 hours, not necessarily DEC.

See:

Take their flow time with a grain of salt - somebody who has been with the company 4 years has a projected flow of 24-27 months, new hire 28 months? Not sure how that math works!

According to that calculator my one year at SkyWest (non-ALPA part 121) doesn't qualify for starting at year 2 pay (year 1 longevity). Or am I just having a "special moment" and dorking this up?

Longevity from a non-ALPA carrier is only credited at 50%, so 1 year at SKyWest gets you nothing.

R-ATP Mins

Looking for some info. I have a CJO relatively soon at Endv. I’m a mil guy but due to some cuts I may not have the 750 for the R-ATP. I’m looking at about 20 hours short most likely on TT, all other R-ATP mins met. So I have 2 options the way I understand it, rent a plane and fly out the time out of pocket or option two which is where I’d like some clarification, count the sim time towards my R-ATP total time mins? Is this correct?

You can be up to 25hrs short. You get the rest of that in the sim during training plus atp ctp. As long as you meet the min multi and rest of the ratp times it shouldn't be an issue.

Nope. Trust the system. It's all laid out for you to succeed. Enjoy any time off you may have before indoc, get well-rested, clear your obligations and get ready to be heads-down from when you wake up to when you go to sleep for a while.

I understand as of right now any base is attainable for reserve. How long is reserve at ATL vs NYC on the 900?

How long are wait times from LOE to IOE?

Is all training done in MSP? Any done at home?
