Indoc - week 1 then test gen subs - week 2 then test systems - weeks 3-4 then test. you must pass all tests (you can have 1 failure out of the 3, but must pass it on the second try) after systems, you’ll start on the Procedure Trainer (PT). This could be immediately or it could be a few weeks before you start. Depends on scheduling. For me it was a nice 3 week paid break. You have about a week of PT’s then start Sims. This will take a few weeks, again all depending on scheduling. Finally IOE. Expect the full training from day one to IOE to be about 3 months. |

Last time i talked to pilot recruiting the classed were filled til September, has the classes already been pushed out to November for the earliest?
Yes! I got my class date on 18 June. A week prior they were offering Septemberish class dates. I was told by recruiting that they could get more into each training class but covid restrictions limit how many per room. I wouldn’t be surprised if 2022 dates start being offered soon. |

What does the training schedule look like? 8am-5pm? |
I’m starting class in the Fall and have a few random questions:
- How does LCR work at Endeavor? - What’s the policy (if any) on wearing the hat? - Are they running new hire classes every week or every two weeks? |

LCR is a 12 hour callout. Hat is optional.

Thanks. Do you bid for LCR or is it assigned as needed? I’ll be living about 2 hr from ATL so just trying to get an idea. Looking forward to getting started!
