i believe it has changed slightly, but basically goes as follows:

Indoc - week 1 then test
gen subs - week 2 then test
systems - weeks 3-4 then test.

you must pass all tests (you can have 1 failure out of the 3, but must pass it on the second try)

after systems, you’ll start on the Procedure Trainer (PT). This could be immediately or it could be a few weeks before you start. Depends on scheduling. For me it was a nice 3 week paid break. You have about a week of PT’s then start Sims. This will take a few weeks, again all depending on scheduling. Finally IOE. Expect the full training from day one to IOE to be about 3 months.

Yes! I got my class date on 18 June. A week prior they were offering Septemberish class dates. I was told by recruiting that they could get more into each training class but covid restrictions limit how many per room. I wouldn’t be surprised if 2022 dates start being offered soon.

Will Indoc and Gen Subs be done from home? What does the training schedule look like? 8am-5pm?

I’m starting class in the Fall and have a few random questions:

- How does LCR work at Endeavor?
- What’s the policy (if any) on wearing the hat?
- Are they running new hire classes every week or every two weeks?

LCR is a 12 hour callout. Hat is optional.

I think it's every week now, but I could be wrong. Director of operations told us in recurrent last week that they want to be starting 60+ per month by the end of the summer, and I've heard unconfirmed rumors of 80+ per month early next year...

Thanks. Do you bid for LCR or is it assigned as needed? I’ll be living about 2 hr from ATL so just trying to get an idea. Looking forward to getting started!

Bid for it. Not sure about ATL, but in DTW LCR tends to go pretty senior. You might hold a line sooner than LCR...

If you're inside that 2 hr window short call will be good. Think atl is a 2 hr call out. But yeah you will be holding a line before lcr in atl.
