Idk if you’re a new hire but be careful with the MSP SkyClub in particular. They’re the ones who report pilots on deadheads for being in there while on duty, not to mention pilots who create listings enter the club and delete their listings. No other station in the system has this “tendency.”

Anything has potential for abuse...like KCM. People abusing will screw everyone. I hope they screw the abusers for once instead of the whole pilot group who mostly consider it a nice AMEX perk when commuting home from work or when using their travel flight benefits with family/SOs.

I’m paying $550 a year. Pays for itself if you travel twice a year and end up getting an upgrade. Not to mention reimbursement for TSA Precheck (Global Entry? Idk, haven’t done it yet). Worth it for me, but different for everyone.

"Annual Fee:$695" - from their website. Maybe you got in before they upped it??

Yeah, got it in Feb. They weren’t kidding when they say it’s subject to change without notice.

It was definitely worth it with the fee was waived.

Pretty sure there have been memos against making listings you don't intend to use, too. Do at your own risk.

I'm a reservist and they still waive the fee. But even if I had to pay the fee...AMEX Platinum pays for my Sky Club, my XM radio, Uber, Ubereats, $100 a year for Saks 5th Avenue (keeps the wife happy), $200 annual hotel credits, $200 annually towards airline purchases (not tickets or upgrades though) and a bunch of other stuff. They always have deals too...earlier this year spend $50 at Home Depot get $50 back. Same for Best Buy. It's not my every day card, but it's pretty nice.
