I think they are only taking propel , STEP or DEC right now. They are really short captains .

I put them on my target list several months ago and just received an email last week saying "we have been able to extend enough job offers to pilot candidates to fill our new hire classes through 2023 and beyond." I'm military RATP eligible no 121 time for reference.

I applied for FO position in early May and today got this email:

Our airline has been fortunate to have a high volume of quality pilot candidates. As a result, we have been able to extend enough job offers to pilot candidates to fill our new hire classes through 2023 and beyond.

We will retain your application for future openings and will be in touch when we are able to move your application on to the next stage of the selection process. Your experience and skills very much align with our selection criteria. Additionally, we will provide you with updates when there are changes to our pilot hiring needs.

That's interesting, I got a different email this morning stating:

"At Endeavor, we take pride in being a great place to work, offering a family-like culture that is focused on safety, founded on our core values, honest and transparent communications, and committed to excellence in all we do.
Your experience and skills very much align with our selection criteria. Our airline has been fortunate to have had a high volume of quality pilot candidates. As a result, a phone interview will be sent to you in the near future.
We look forward to connecting soon. Thank you again for your interest in Endeavor - Blue Skies!"

For context, I have no 121 time and I'm R-ATP at 1000 hours.

I also received the same email a week ago. No email follow up for scheduling an interview though...

Following... I as well received this email, but it was about three weeks ago. Contemplating the best time, if I should follow up with an email to a recruiter.

I received the same look forward to speaking with you soon about a week ago and heard nothing. I decided to reply thank you, talk soon!….. then got this email
