Keep in mind late 2016 hires are now the ones showing up to Indoc at Delta at the moment. You won't be cutting the line. And no you will not be flowing in 2 years. Plan on 6-7 years.
I see, interesting thanks. That's an interesting fine print. So I'm only eligible after 2 years, not that I'll actually flow.. And should plan on 7 years. Got it.

Whats the catch.
.
The catch is like the dating app showing a picture of Cameron Diaz on the brochure.

Yes, it's like the cell phone company saying you can get a new phone for 99 dollars but by the time you walk out the door it's more like 800 dollars .

if you got hired at an ULCC after 2 years, would Delta snatch you up after a year with the ULCC? I know AA regional pilots are doing that.

Delta is snapping up AA regional pilots like crazy right now. No need to go ULCC. I know of several recent hires with no TPIC and of those, 2 had no degree. Having AA regional on their resume was all it took.

UA was doing the same thing with 9E pilots too. Of all the regional pilots in my class, like over half came from 9E. The class in front of me and the class behind me was the same story.

It was kinda funny.
