. To sum it up , the Joint Delta / Endeavor MEC force ,or what have you , has no power and is basically at a dead end . Get those apps / interviews at United and American and get out.

Everybody except lifers has their stuff out. The whole pseudo-staple thing has just been a dream from those who can't be bothered to update apps and couldn't even bother to do flow paperwork. Every single pilot on the list had a chance to flow, ever single pre merge pilot could hold a capt seat at Delta if they took their class date.

I know multiple people still just casually waiting for the flow too. And they still got like 2 years to go. Coulda got hired at UA/AA probably a year and an half ago and kept their apps at DL in if that is the dream and been there already.

I know quite a few who immediately closed their LCC apps and waited for flow because they wanted the legacy guarantee rather than have to do a jump and a jump via LCC. To each their own, but AA/UA/DL all hired 3-4 years of pilots in a typical environment in 2 years. For what it’s worth, the only guys I know who really beat the staple drum were those who bypassed flow, for whatever reason.

Could care less about it.. we aren't the ones who are pushing it . The Delta MEC are the ones pushing for it

That’s why you’ve posted dozens of comments about how there should be a staple, because you don’t care?

Well morally and ethically they should and especially with propellers being sent to 9E and cutting the line in front of everyone , but they can do what they want. The whole regional model will die out eventually. It's always been a shim sham of a scam .

There’s this thing call applying off the street, if someone wants to go to an airline on their own terms. Waiting for flow is a choice and there is zero “cutting in line” when hiring is like it is.

Yeah really. All 3 legacies are calling in people with 1900-2200 TT now a days for interviews. And not just box checkers or Ed's neighbors.
