So looking at this new Delta AE and the new DTW 717 base. How many people @ 9E think since Delta loves them so much that they opened the base just for them in preparation for the staple.

The rate resets would have happened anyway without the 9E contract. Delta only needs two carriers to invoke the rate reset, and they have three: 9E, Compass, and the Go-jet-sssz.
