Mostly tri-delts, with a few Chi O's and AD Pi's thrown in.

The big damn difference in this crap Endeavor contract is timing. Comair gonzo... Next...a do or die strategically placed **** sandwich contract sponsored by yours truly ALPA. Keep in mind, the work rules are superior to other regionals except ASA ,Skywest and Express...When your ALPA reps are calling your land line to vote yes, or we will be Comaired ...*** are we supposed to do? Are you going to offer me 10 years longevity at ASA? Express? Skywest? NOPE. You'll take our planes and won't look back....because that's the nature of regional pilots and ALPA. 10 year XJ guys lost about 4 years seniority...and in return they received a time stamped *** Bloch award...reserve after 10 years....all while watching Colgan guys hired 4 years after us holding lines. I'm just saying... you got something to say to me in the terminal...well go ahead because I got something to say also. I will however welcome you on my Jumpseat, and gladly discuss this whirlwind industry.

Thanks to the United operation? You are in serious denial. That is Delta work only. You can find it too. Go to DeltaNet and look up Delta Connection performance.

Difference of $3 an hour at "year 12". Why do you even have year 18 at a regional anyway? If you are year 12 or more you have failed your family by not securing a real job versus being an at-risk contractor.

I think the extent of which management patterned down was not anticipated.

But, Moak is right. In the end the market will provide the solution. It is that kind of being right that got him elected to the highest position in our association.
No it was ALPA politics along with his speech impediment that got him in.

I'm always amazed at the attitude that Regional flying is merely a stepping stone. All flying is a pyramid. The number of jobs available declines as you move up.

There are plenty of guys who dream of flying International widebodies and never progress past the left seat of an RJ.
