Thanks for the info on the class I medical. Heard good things about A Cut Above as well, and Clarity Aloft Pro Plus. The DC Pro-X are good too but you still have to deal with "headset head."

I recently went on a test run where I bought every professional tso headset I could find and tested them all out of different trips.
End the end I went with the DC pro. Here's my takeaways if anyone is interested.
Bose- very comfortable, excellent noise attenuation. Too expensive, and as some guys will tell you, mic boom is crazy sensitive, much more than other headsets, so you're piping in a lot more ambient hot mic noise than usual. Pain for the other guy.
Lighstpeed PFX - crazy nice headset, enjoyed much more than Bose because of its customization and the super strong braided cables. These will stand up. But just can't justify the cost, and the control unit is MASSIVE. The headset ourself is just too bully also. (Same goes for the zulu, tried it too) both of these the mic boom drops on the left and is not reversible. Sucks for FO's. Have to drape the cable across your body.
Clarity Aloft Pro - (actually tried the regular also). This was a tough one. There is not a lighter, smaller headset in the existence. If you wear thick glasses these may be for you. In the end, I didn't like them for a couple reasons. The band that goes over your ears is super small and really wears on them. The boom is on the left, and not reversible so you're draping the cable across your body, and I just couldn't stand wearing earplugs all day long. The sound quality is decent but because you're wearing earplugs you're always hearing your own loud muffled voice. They also get pulled off crazy easily because of their weight.
Dc pro-x - I ended up staying with these because of the reversible mic boom, great battery life (1-2 months on lithium), very good noise attenuation (about as good as the Sierra's). Not as clamped down as normal DC's, easy to store quickly, and good Bluetooth (which no one ever uses). After a long day your ears start to feel them a little because they're on ear, but tbh they have less clamping force than my Bose on ear headphones.
