Does anyone that went through the newhires process recently know, how long on average from the day you accept the CJO until they send the PRIA to your current employer. Reason I ask is because the place I work at absolutely hates when someone is leaving or is trying to leave and you have to put up with various stages of harassment. Usually ranging between awkward conversations in the hallway to flat out harassment. So just wondering on the time frame on that.
Thanks

My PRIA went out about 2 weeks after I accepted the CJO. My class date was 3 months later but I know they are pretty quick about sending it out. If the place you are at subscribes to the harassment of employees who are leaving then you don't want to be there anyway.

I totally agree, the place treats their employees very well until they realize that someone is looking to get out. Besides them also having financial problems and having to hire a replacement costs money so I can understand their anger. But I got Aug 8th class at endeavor and really excited about coming over.

An unlimited amount...which is exactly the same amount as an OTS interviewee gets. Don't come for Delta, come for the money and the upgrade.

Better to be unemployed for a month than to put up with petty bull****. Your workplace reminds me of my old CFI job. 50 something year old CFI's who have only seen the cockpit of a turbine powered aircraft inside a magazine that get ****ed you are being proactive and taking advantage of the current opportunities. No one has time for that ****. Welcome to 9E brother. You will like it here!

Your statement would be more accurate if Delta did all the hiring. Not everyone has gone through the same hiring process. How about affording any airline that DAL buys the same interview that the NWA or Western Airline pilots received at Delta? Why the double standards for the same jobs? What ever happened to What ever DAL owns must be flown by a DAL pilot? I guess as long as benefits DAL and their pilots it doesn't matter. Scope used to be around 30. Great job taking the flying back

Guess you got turn down.

In a way the DGI program is better than the ssp if a candidate can try 4 times versus 2?

Just because an SSP candidate gets turned down, does not mean he or she can not interview ever again at Delta.
