Envoy Captain Upgrades now only 3 months!
Envoy's most recent Bid Results continues to drop Captain upgrade times down from previous 1.5 year upgrade now to a 3 month Captain upgrade! 
New hires are now looking at a 3 month Captain upgrade
Once again, couple this recent additional good news with more planes coming, ORD, DFW, LGA/JFK & MIA base and future LAX base along with one of the industry leading & Best flow through agreement to American Airlines and Envoy is a very good place to be.

CAs getting JMed left and right. Low time lines. Leave of Absence harassment with the new company we have contracted with. School house workers getting taken down to min days off and asked to work double shifts in one day. QOL is still a major issue.
The only thing drastically improving is pay and movement.

You're a recruiter, right? Since when is there a "future LAX base?" There have been rumors of LAX re-opening since it was shut down, but it's a lot of wishful thinking. Last anyone heard from management, LAX is not happening except in online forum rumors.

It goes without saying, but obviously the 3 month pilot is not a captain yet. He has merely been AWARDED that status. But it is good to see movement for the new guys.
You're a recruiter, right? Since when is there a "future LAX base?" There have been rumors of LAX re-opening since it was shut down, but it's a lot of wishful thinking. Last anyone heard from management, LAX is not happening except in online forum rumors.
