But when he does find things or you have a history that is less than good then that's when you find someone else.

I've heard multiple stories of Griffin acting nonchalant with guys in the exam and then turning right around and sending info to the FAA. Weeks later, guys get letters from the FAA in their mailbox. One example, guy goes to see Griffin. Doc asks, "how's everything going? Feeling good, sleeping well?" The guy says, "actually, I've been sleeping like crap this past week". Doc says, "no worries, I'll give you something for that" and writes him a prescription, gives him his medical and sends him on his merry way. A few weeks letter, the guy gets an FAA letter. Griffin had turned him in for sleep problems. He doesn't have your back. Krass is $95 for the medical. Not sure how much the EKG is. You walk in, nurse gives you the cup to pee in then you wait for the doc. He comes in, listens to your ticker, looks in your ears and eyes, listens to your lungs, has you read a line off the eye machine and that's about it. Whole process is about 15 minutes.

Never been to Griffin, but I've been told by several people to avoid him for the previously mentioned reasons.

No AME is going to "have your back", and it takes a "special kind of stupid" to tell your AME you have any issues, unless its something you are required to disclose.

Griffin is GTG, and cost effective. Just don't take it personally if he stares at your feet, or his junk "accidentally" makes contact with your knee or leg a few times.
