Once you get a contingent job offer, your file goes to a Captain review board and they have the final say. I'm almost positive the problem is the checkride failures. They've always been big on that. As the other guy said, look into PSA. There have been a number of guys that we turned down for checkride failures that were successful at getting on over there.

I did email them again though and asked if I could reapply. Some people told me they also like persistence and with so many regionals out there they would like to see someone in my position to try to get in again. Any feedback on that? I currently fly a G4 all over the world for the same Boss for 3 years now and never had a other failure..
