How about having just one CA pay rate across the fleet to prevent chasing equipment for higher pay rates in a given ac type. And I’d guess that most that look at the pay rates on APC do not realize that they will only be getting the lower CA pay rates when they upgrade. Very misleading IMO, and when compared to EDV rates, the margin is actually worse than it would appear to a perspective pilot weighing the pay between ENY and EDV because they are likely comparing the ENYs large RJ CA rate to EDV instead of what they would actually be getting, the smaller RJ rate due to the pay banding.

Gotta be around seniority number 500 to get the higher CA band.

I doubt people credit 160h on a regular basis. Especially if they have a family and don't wanna spend their life at work.

But I agree Envoy needs to up the pay across the board, especially on the captain side. 63k for a captain at envoy is just totally ridiculous. And as a potential NH, right now, I would probably go to EDV.

For a NH already on property at Envoy, I guess it could be worth it to jump ship.

Trying to dispell this guy from the other thread. Apparently he's been busy.... No, no one here (9E) credits 160 hours. Never seen it. I do see over 100 regularly. It's not hard to credit 90 with 14-15 days off. You can credit a lot here 120-130 is fairly common to the open time jockeys.

Also, the sign on bonus is 10k not 20. 20k is authorized per the LOA. The company does actually have to come to us if they want to offer more than that. The 20k limit is contractual. But it's only 10k right now.

Not trying to poach, just hate misinformation, especially when it's about my own company...

It's going to take an exodus/new hire numbers taking a big hit before we see an increase in compensation here. The more guys that head your way the better. Reactive, not proactive over around these parts.

I was in Dallas on a trip the other night. Ran into a bunch of Guys/Gals out one night from Envoy new hire class. There were over 60 in the December class and another 60+ in January. Had to divide the groups into parts to get the stuff done. Again, it's what I was told from a group of new hires. I think if they are filling multiple classes of 60 a month, where is the slowing growth?

It also wouldn’t hurt for everyone to voice your opinion to management in a respectful well thought out email. Their contact info is easy to find on the website. It may not yield results but at least they’re aware of the pilot groups opinion. Better than just posting on the forums.
