Envoy Pay Raises
 

With Endeavor's new TA pay raises and Republic quickly following...when will Envoy match and if so what would it look like?

We don't need a pay raise, we have flow.

...well, the union just scrapped the reserve overhaul proposal. endeavor was mentioned in the email, so maybe!

I am trying to convince people to come to Envoy but with Endeavor's huge pay schedule and their even bigger credit months they earn so much more then the average Envoy pilot. Knowing that something is in the works would help ease their minds on deciding.

Also without matching wont morale just plummet?

Who knows until there are new rates inked in our CBA. Based on some of the whispers I have heard, I believe that if EDV votes in the TA, AAG will raise rates at the WOs. That's what I think is in the future, but won't believe it until I see it. And that's IF the EDV TA passes. There are LOTS of guys over there that are going to vote no, believe it or not. Their pilot group is furious that the deal still doesn't have a flow. Stay tuned ladies and gents....

6 months after Envoy scrapes the bottom of the Barrel of pilot recruitment and can’t fill classes... and pay raised to within $5/hour of endeavors.

And no, it's not that I saved money on my car insurance by switching to Geico. It's the big enchilada we are all waiting for.

Well..half the enchilada anyway. School House boys are getting the raise first. Line grunts sometime early next year.

Source is a friend in the school house with good connections..he told me about MIA and LGA about a month before they announced them..and about the bonuses back when that went down. So he's credible.

Details? Only details he has is pertaining to the school house raises. It'll match what Endeavor is getting. The raises for line pilots is still a few months or more away..so no details yet. But I imagine it'll also match Endeavor at a minimum.
