If someone retire with Envoy will he/she keep travel benefits on retirement as AA mainline guys do?

Yes..same retirement as aa employees..

Yes, but can AAG terminate it? DAL did that to Comair employees (a DAL WO), and just happened at LASA, though it is no longer owned by DAL.

Wrong equation. Sounds like it should have been...

Age plus years of service =>65 (wrong relative sign)

In other words, you have to make it at least halfway to forced retirement age from when you start AND you have to serve at least 10 years. Though, I bet that does not have to be flying? at 65 move to the office to get your 10 years of service?
