Could anyone accurately answer please?
Can anyone accurately answer this question please?
If someone retire with Envoy will he/she keep travel benefits on retirement as AA mainline guys do? If so, how many years of work at Envoy would be necessary to qualify for that or just retirement at 65 would be enough? Thanks in advance |
Age plus years of service =<65

So, if you're 55 and have been here for 10 years that equals 65. In this case you keep them.

You are eligible for the 65 Point Plan retirement if your years of service plus age are equal to at least 65. • You have at least 10 years of continuous active service with the company, • You leave the company in good standing and • You give appropriate notice to your department |

If Envoy goes away then I don't think you keep your travel benefits. Can someone definitively answer this question?
