I hope you're right about that one.

Thanks to everyone who contributed useful information. And to people who are criticizing me for supposedly asking for career advice on here... thats not my goal. Just wondering what it's like amongst the employees. What kind of group am i joining? I appreciate it, thanks.

Hope you’re right. For many at Envoy it’s a choice between a **** sandwich or a **** burrito or leave. Can’t believe it’s gotten this bad but it has.

It’s just a skipping stone to a job that wants to keep people. They know it, we know it, who cares. At the end we will all be major airline pilots and they will still be second rate management employees. We will change, they won’t.

Funny not many guys are unless you were amongst the lucky FOs who got hired at the right time when the company forced a ton of DFW FOs to the left seat in LGA... I am trying to rap my head around your questions and I don’t think senior guys are happy either. The senior guys flow keeps getting pushed back, they have HVA guys coming in making more money as a First year FO then 4-5 year captains.
Sounds like you are prior military, I would get through training get on line and find a way to get mill orders if your a reservist and stay busy doing drills or whatever you guys do on mil leave until you can hold the base you want. (Unless you want ORD or LGA).

FOs are starting to bid reserve to keep from flying.
I just wished I worked for a company where flying was incentivized and CAs were properly compensated.

So true! If you’re a HVA hired late in 2017 better save some of that money because you’re W2 for 2018 will like you’re a greeter at Wal-Mart.
