If you decide to leave, do so before training, or after IOE. Other than that, no shame in leaving an aviation company for greener pastures, unless of course there was a commitment (training contract or gentlemen’s agreement).

What does it matter? Your flying and you getting paid. Later on, you change your schedule to something more favorable.
