Doesn't appear to be backed up much
2-3-4 week break between the basic indoc and spc, haven't seen major slowdowns yet

Few notes on that first half

Week 0 - expect 8 days. Class 4 days, sim 3 days, ATP written on the morning of day 8 then go home.
There have been guys doing a week to Week 1 back to back, in which case the written is after week 1.

Week 1 - again, basic indoc 5 days, weekend off, HR onboarding 3 hrs on the next Monday. Then go home for 2-3-4 weeks. Saw one guy extended into week 2 back to back with week 1 due to one guy from the previous class getting military orders.

Week 2-3 - fly in Sunday for mon-wed SPC/GET, fly out Wednesday afternoon/eve. CBT - according to the ground instructors 175/145 get 6 days for that, CRJ 11 days - CRJ is longer to accommodate the schedule due to the fact that there are no procedure trainers for it and everything is done in the sim. Practically last few classes got two weeks I believe.

Can someone please tell me the dates of hire for the most junior FOs currently in the following categories:

DFW 175
DFW 145
ORD 175
ORD 145
MIA 145

Obviously you have to take some of these with a grain of salt. As long as they keep offering OFL in class it will continue to look very attainable on paper, when in reality it isn’t if you’re reasonably young.

Depends on equipment, 175 guys are getting a month off after indoc, 145, 5 days, CRJ 0.

Also, while we're talking about training footprint, when do they cough up the airline ID badge? I get that the schoolhouse is a disorganized mess but no KCM and turned down for most jumpseats without one.
