I was a 2006 hire and it was 64 hours pay with 16 hours per diem back then.

in training we are paid "current." After training our min guarantee is "current," and everything else is arrears on last day of following month.

I finished IOE with one week left in January. January 31 paycheck still paid training rates for full second half of January. Feb 15 pay check subtracted the week of training per diem I did not earn on the January 31 paycheck. That week's reserve per diem was paid on the Feb 28 paycheck. So Feb 15 was not only the small pay check, it was $230 short. They take a month to figure out how much they owe us, and a half month to figure out how much we own them. Goobers
