Default Envoy Concessions 2013

What type of concessions did Envoy take in 2013 or 2014? When management started shopping the Eagle flying around.

Thanks,

Vacation was a huge hit: 2 weeks of vacation awarded after 2 years of service vs 1 year of service. 3 weeks of vacation after 7 years of service vs 5 years of service. And capped at 4 weeks of vacation vs 5 weeks of vacation.

Freeze on per diem.

Freeze on cost of living raises.

Loss of PTO system.

Agreement to implement PBS or take additional concessions equal to the company savings the PBS would accomplish (millions of dollars).

Increased employee contribution to health insurance costs. If I'm not mistaken, we were paying 30% of the costs and it would gradually increase to 35%.

Those are all I can think of on the fly off the top of my head without risking getting confused with the 2012 concessionary contract we took during AA bankruptcy shortly before then. Others can chime in.

It’s just amazing to me that we are living in a period of record airline profits and a great economy yet still are working under a concessionary contract...

I vaguely remember hearing your contract is like an 18 year contract... is that correct?

Don't forget the 12 and 4. That was a huge part of it.

I believe 10 year contract.

Yeah the only way major changes come to current contract it if/when AA/Envoy need something from us.

Otherwise we jut sit and take it.

The current system isn't PBS, what's the story on that?
