They'll get in touch with you right away if they're interested. Envoy doesn't need FO's right now. Mostly filling classes with prior 121/cadets and people they find 'competitive' usually jet/135/substantial dual given (1000+ hrs).

Keep updating your application and try to find someone who works here who could possibly write you a letter of recommendation. Might not hurt to maybe drop a visit at HQ to see if you can shake some hands and maybe run into someone important.

Yeah, that old adage of “just show up and introduce yourself” SOUNDS like great advice. But people are just going about their day and it comes off weird god forbid creepy. Honestly, plenty of places are hiring so don’t sweat it.
