Yes it keeps the flow somewhere between 6-8 years, if no attrition, flow is 10-12 years roughly.

AA has been cancelling flights(12-24 hours before) all over the country due to "wx" when other carriers, including legacies, are making it out and to the same destinations at the same time. dAAdy is having issues everywhere.

I for one, am not waiting on the flow.
