Default Envoy or PSA, where would you go today?

If you had a job offer from Envoy and PSA, where would be the best place to go? Live in the MEM area and Envoy makes the most sense for the commute. What about reserve times, upgrade times, etc. Likelihood of Envoy pay raises? Or to go a step further, what about Endeavor and Expressjet?

Neither, go work for the FAA. No reserve times, home every night, annual raises. Get your pension rolling and you won't care about contract negotiations.

I stopped reading APC years ago just because of Jr high D bag responses like this. Just trying to find some useful info for a family member looking to progress in a career but I can see I came to the wrong place. Good luck moving to the next level boys!

PSA is the clear choice between the two, and thanks you too.

Agreed. Multiple posts asking, “should I come here?” When every thread topic is screaming “don’t.”

And look who’s doing the name calling...

From what I can see the majority of people told him no, don’t come here for the obvious reason of Pay and QOL.

If the OP doesn’t have the common sense to just do the slightest of research anywhere even outside of APC the answer should still be quite clear.

This world isn’t all rainbows and unicorns and we’re inclined to tell it like it like it is, but I’m not gonna call the dish caviar for the crap sandwich it really is.

Get real.

It's not our responsibility to do the research for you. We've been answering these same questions for years. You could read the thread titles of the individual posts and understand what's happening here even if you don't want to take the time to read through the thousands of pages.

Good indicator about how things are going:

When things are good, people are happy to answer questions.
When things are bad, people want you to stay away.

Read between the lines.

I have a couple acquaintances from my previous job that commute from MEM to CLT for PSA. Plenty of daily flights with a mix of mainline and company metal (PSA). PSA would be a no brainer if you ask me. It could be a frustrating commute for a few months if he can’t get CLT right away, but once he gets the CLT base it would be easy.
