Uh. Nothing more aggravating then lost days. Earn no money and have to fly lots more in the three other days to hit your hours. It’s such a ridiculous shame that we don’t have rigs in place.

There are a few out there that are decent, but most of them are places you don’t want to stay overnight, let alone a whole unpaid day.
Without any contract language to deter them, there is no incentive for the company to come up with better options. It cost them an extra day if per diem to let you sit.

Getting brand new uniforms (and styles) every year. Always on the cutting edge of fashion, and the uniforms aren't old enough to even look old, or even comfortably fit. And then... all the non current uniforms that I can wear in my free time to have that "vintage" look. Its also nice to support the economy with these wide scale orders. I can't wait to get the next version soon... maybe the next provider will be A Cut Above! Definitely sticking around to see...

Im with you, being home those days with the family far exceeds any enjoyment I could get hanging around local attractions. My question is why not just make those three day trips and dead head the crew? Paying for the crew to stay an extra night at the hotel has got to be the same price as a simple dead head.
