No you shouldn't reconsider, all of that would not affect you since you'd be coming to Envoy after the LOA was signed. You'd just be reaping the benefits of the new LOA.

I guess I should clarify. I have never had a paycheck not come into my account, Envoy pays its employees. However, they did fail to get all of our back pay that was agreed on due to pay increases paid by the date they agreed too, hence the LOA states they owe everyone a flat 20 extra hours a month for that time period.

I wouldn't let this stop you from coming here if this is the best option for you. This is just a grievance issue that will eventually get resolved.

Thank you for the clarification. And I'm still planing on going, I'm looking forward to it. Any advice on what to expect in training ?
