Is anybody’s paycheck for the 31st considerably lower than usual?

Or is it just me?

Are you a sim instructor?

I heard about them all getting kicked down to pay band B instead of C like they had been for years.

They didn’t all get kicked down, only the ones who couldn’t hold C band. Kind of bogus that they have years of established practice with them all on the C band and then to just flip a switch and Envoy them.

Does that even out for the sim instructors who got dropped to a lower pay band? More hours credited could still mean they come out on top but idk for sure obviously

No, it doesn't even out. Their base pay (98 hours, 104 etc..) didnt change. Their pay rates changed (for the ones who's seniority couldn't hold C Band status) took a rather significant loss.
