Delta pilots have a nice bonus. But I’m almost positive endeavor pilots get nothing. Maybe if AA didn’t share with their wholly owns the AA pilots would get more. I’ll take something over nothing at eagle. But I’d be ****ed as an AA pilot.

How much smaller would the AA profit sharing be if they had to pay all 5,000 WO pilots endeavor wages? Quite a bit. AAG's entire net income is smaller than DL's profit sharing slice.

9E pilots don't get profit sharing. But hey, if you guys are getting 1.4% of your wages from last year... yeah, I'll stick with my $63/hr as an FO here.

Well, all I can really say is enjoy that GUARANTEED INTERVIEW. Envoy guys can hang out and chill as they wait for their number to come up. Plus a profit sharing bonus that you guys don't get to boot.

Taking a look at the year 4 FO payscale (which I imagine would be hard to hit at Envoy due to forced upgrades), at min guarantee, a guy at Endeavor would make $6,300 more in a year than an Envoy guy. How is getting a profit-sharing bonus as an FO gonna outweigh that? You either entirely missed that poster's point, or (my guess), are continuing to live in some alternate reality.
And if you get in at Delta, it's already been proven how much more their pilots make with Delta's profit sharing over American's.

I'll skip the $700 profit sharing check in favor of, y'know, wages. Thanks.
