The amendable period is coming up... any idea if we're actually going to get to vote this time around on whatever management and/or ALPA throws our way?

That depends on how the reps vote
Which depends on how we tell them to vote
And our actual ability to pull together and recall the reps that decide to do something other than what their respective pilot groups tell them to do

Seems like the new reps coming in have at least a grasp on how technology works. Finally got to vote online for the new round of reps coming in [emoji23]

Please don't negotiate in public. Keep it to private texts, and direct communication with the Reps. Anything other than that weakens our position.

Why? ALPA won’t talk to us, act like this is some high level CIA operation and can’t seem to get the things we want done without the company being 100% on board. P2P calls are basically an hour long “we can’t discuss it with you” answers.

This basically all comes down to agreeing to what the company wants to give us. At the end of the day the company gets and gives what they have already determined. This union has no teeth or chooses not to use them, not sure which is worse.

I believe the massive attention to ULCC has gotten everyone’s attention. The pilot group should be in a strong position this fall if we don’t give away the upper hand

is the attrition really that high right now? Where are the actual numbers?
