About the airframe you are assigned
If i get the interview and if i get the job, are you stuck with the airframe you are assigned in class for the remainder of your time at envoy? Can you bid to other airframes if assigned to the 145 and down the road want to fly the 170. From what I've read it seems that depending on what airframe you're flying your personal experience can be vastly different from one pilot to another.

First Officers can NOT bid to another airframe as FO. When you upgrade to captain you can bid to a different plane. A limited number of captains can also bid to another plane if not seat locked due to training. |

Zero displacements on the last bid, which caused a flow delay now for senior FOs who thought they'd get displaced. We'll see what happens on the next bid.
