The only thing that happened was our new leadership campaigned that they wouldn't approve LOAs with a MEC only vote. Then they approved the first LOA change with a MEC only vote, but at least they wrote a nice letter saying they were sorry about that.

The company needed to raise hourly rates because they were no longer competitive in the market for new hires even with the bonuses and 5 year flow. Endeavor, Republic, and PSA are the ones to thank.
