Jab and Flow

Doesn’t AA new hires require to show the vaccine card, during what part of the flow process requires proof of vaccine?

Once you are selected, AA Onboarding will contact you for all the relevant requirements. Proof of vaccination, background check info, etc.

You don’t need the jab to flow, that’s a myth. Now if you want to flow to AA as opposed to flowing to unemployment then you'll
need the jab.

You don't actually need the jab, you need a little paper card that says you got the jab.

I know at least a half dozen people personally who have submitted fake docs to their various airlines. I'm not sure, but my impression is that about 1/5 of the people "complying" are doing so with fake documents, esp. at United for some reason.

It seems to me that if an airman is caught falsifying documents like a vaccine card, they’d be taking a a huge risk of losing their medical/ATP. The rationale I’d imagine would be something along the lines of a demonstrated lack of judgment/good moral character, which I think was a conditional requirement for issuance.
