They weren't hired as Envoy pilots.

You undermine every other thing you try and contribute when you bring up that nonsense.

It's espirit de corps, not d'corps. d'corps would be correct if the next word begins with a wovel. Like d'Europe etc.
Get it right man.

If you can leave to go somewhere better, by all means, but don’t leave just because they “won’t hire you from a wholly owned”. If you have the qualifications they are looking for, they will hire you during this next wave. Not being at Envoy likely won’t get you hired at AA any faster.

So grammar accurate, concept still good. And Uncle Rico won't miss a beat I'm sure.

This I know 4 envoy captains that have multiple cjo’s at AA, delta, United right now.

The next few months will be pretty catastrophic for Envoy staffing. They are losing almost 100 pilots, most of them captains.

I’ve been told envoy is doing as much as they can to keep people back. The September flow selection still doesn’t have a class at AA yet.

Burn baby burn.

how much of the uptick in highly questionable discipline/missed assignments and stuff is a perverse retention effort trying to get dirt to send out on PRIAs?

Is this correct? Is Envoy really holding flows back?

If so, does this mean that no Sept/Oct/Nov flows for Envoy?
