Most junior people selected in this most recent group were hired 7/15/2019.

Had a lot of Spirit guys in my jump seat on their observation flights. They say classes have been full of people that jumped from Spirit, so that'll slow down the OTS for sure.

I’m glad those guys were able to get picked up, but man a lot of ex-Spirit guys I’ve flown with have been a drag to share a cockpit with. I know they’ve been through a lot but hopefully their attitudes are better.

Haven't flown with any on the line yet, but I can see that happening. Hopefully they do improve.

If they got hired at AA, they had least passed an interview with two pilots and an HR rep. I know a few interviewers and they pick up on that type of thing and turn down candidates.
