I have several threads who interviewed in July, August, and October of 24. However the interviews were very small, like 3 people each one. |

data point for this thread. They’re assigning the 5/5 class and are onto OTS hires with no previous orientation who interviewed the last week of May 2024. No idea how many people in the pool.
Things were slowing down by the time I interviewed last year, only 2 of us from 12 recieved a pre employment offer; 3 weeks later was told to organize my own ATP-CTP alongside other OTS hires in the pool. Upon completion of ATP, I sent the certificate over to class prep and radio silence for 9 months. |

Wow, things are really moving slow judging by the others' experiences and response times.
I am type rated on the ERJ170/190 (from a foreign carrier), hold an unrestricted ATP license, 2800 TT, 1400 on the ERJ, 2280 Turbine. No call (yet). This is a humbling experience for sure. |

It sounds like they’re looking for 1500hr CFIs but that could just be a rumor. Just curious why you aren’t applying for majors with 1400 erj & 2000+ turbine time?
The majors have filled classes for most of the year already. It’s slowed down tremendously. |
