It's great to hear some good news! But wondering when we will see some actual movement? I've been on reserve for a short period of time, 13months, compared to some, 3 years. Is the union going to work on our reserve rules? I know right before the negotiating was disbanded and a new one put in we had a new section 12 in the works. As of today I haven't heard anything about picking it back up. With min days off and automatic RAP1 for day one, is taking a toll on me and my family. Any plans to fix this, since if we do finally get new FOs they will have to suffer this for lord knows how long?

You've been there over a year now. You will be flowing to AA in the next 12-24 months, why do you even care about movement. All the Envoy guys on this site say movement is irrelevant, FO's are going to flow while the top 300 captains stay put and run the airline. I don't know how many hours you fly on reserve but I would estimate the next 12-24 months should net you about 200 hours on reserve, you will be prime for the flow.

Iv'e been at Eagle/Envoy for 9 years. Captain for only the past year, hence the reserve misery.

Nonsense. Some (many junior) Envoy pilots are so desperate to prop up their airline, they're here making false claims and giving bad advice. The idea the only future is Envoy is absurd. The flow is just a projection and some of them are claiming cerainty. Moreover, claiming a pilot beed not be concerned about 121 PIC time anymore because they don't need it at Envoy with the supposedly certain flow in a very specific time is a disservice to aspiring new pilots. They don't care about THEM, just their OWN ride. Then, when others highlight their self-serving B.S., they demand mods silence them.

These pilots need to grow up.

The mods are too busy checking people's IP addresses to see where they live. That doesn't leave much time for things like, you know, actual moderator duties.
