3) Attrition levels growing, in multiples, every month this year with May likely being the biggest month so far. Enjoy is shrinking faster than even management wants it to. Captains to AA is a known entity. However, they are losing more FOs than they ever thought possible, particularly senior FOs they probably thought would stick around as they are so close to upgrade.

When trying to think like these people you need to put aside all parts of your conscience and compassion for other human beings. That is what these people do. They say it is just business. It is no different than a mob boss ordering the death of someone because it is "just business". Anyhoot - Think like this and the thought process they are using makes all this so very clear: Lying to move the bottom line is justifiable, even when it affects other peoples lives so much, as long as it is in the name of "business".

They arent upgrading 40 FO's. They prob wont backfill many again. It says may not backfill.

JFK CRJ Ca will go very senior. Any new upgrades will be whatever backfills they allow into JFK

Backfill jFK slots they allow. Certainly wouldn't count on it being 40 upgrades. Unless they backfill everything.. Which they wont, because they hate us.

I belive he is referring to current NY CRJ CA whom held ORD but were displaced last year. That those pilots will seek ORD and that we will have to see if at the end if the shuffling we have 40 upgrades or have some status not backfiled.
