I acknowledge that a poorly conceived, poorly executed effort to instill brand loyalty succeeded only in emphasizing a stunning ignorance on the part of management as to the effect of their actions toward their pilots, as well as the demeanor of the pilots, thereby exacerbating an already hostile relationship.
