Its easy! Just throw your career away by deciding to retire at a crappy regional! And then attempt to look down on other crappy regionals! Then lie to everyone telling them how many jumpseats you've denied! Instant coolness.

Orrrrrrr, screw over an entire industry worth of fellow pilots at a time when we finally HAD the upper hand. Sprinkle on a little drool and a few snide comments when you get another pilot groups airplanes. Then invade the other regionals thread when we have an opportunity to help our guys out - tell us to stand firm! (Like you didn't). It's not because you want to help he industry out. You just fear how much things will slow down when we get a better deal than you. Yeah that is the recipe for cool right? Maybe it is the recipe for ignorant silver spooned selfish little (insert word for poop here). I'm so confused! Haha

"Crappy" regional! Hah! You are the ones called brown streak! For the record, I didn't get a choice as to where to retire. Do some research on history as it often repeats itself (read: you are next!)

Lol, you do realize that you work for an airline whose sole purpose is to allow AAG to pay pilots less than what they pay pilots at mainline?

Do you also realize that this airline you work for owns NONE of its own flying, and that is also beholden to ONE customer, which also owns it?

Where is this upper hand you speak of?

Please, enlighten us.

EX0311 11-01-2014 12:33 PM

I was recently told at a PSA interview that American HR came down and told PSA no more DUIs, ever, period. I should never have been invited to the interview despite having fully disclosed the 7 year old conviction on my application. So, that being said, does anyone know if this recent policy change is in effect at Envoy now too?
