The more Envoy and Piedmont pay their pilots the faster we'll get more flying back at AA. Heck I hope their guys can make $30k a month!

Exactly... Piedmont, Commut Air and Air Wisconsin all offer tons of money for picking up. Nothing new here.

Piedmont is 300-400% based on their need. You talk to some guys there and hear that CA are making 18,000/month and FOs are easily bringing in 5,000/month.

AWAC is always 150% but apparently you can bargain with their schedulers and they give incentives like an ipad drawing. Seems like 100hrs of credit there is really easy to come by.

Commut Air guys have been making waaaaay more than you'd expect based on their hourly rate too.

Sure does do away with Endeavors $20,000 sham. Sure hope applicants over there don't hear what you can make elsewhere before any bonus. Guys should do their research on what they'll actually make at each of these places with things like 300% pay included.

Endeavor offers 150% on all open time, as well as 150% on anything assigned to you over 85 hours... I've been averaging about 130 hours a month credit here, plus the $23,000 a year bonus. I'm on track to make over $65k here as a first year first officer. Combined with our now 14 month upgrade, Endeavor is a great place to be.

Well...
PDT fo first year = $5000 x 12 months + 5000 signing = 65,000 post taxes AND flow to American.

I guess that is pretty comparable. How many planes is endeavor getting over the next few years?

That's incredible, I made 1/3 of that just 11 years ago as a first year FO at one of the best paying regionals.

I can't believe how lucky you guys are, man, it's all about luck and timing in this industry. This pay was completely unheard of back then, heck, CA's were lucky to make that much money!

Live smart and you can feasibly pay back all student loans and put down roots early in your career and set yourself up for a great retirement.

Hahahaha right?!?! Some of these guys are really lucky! Seems like a war zone a kinda though.

Can you imagine interviewing for a regional and that being the last interview you ever have to do?! I would have loved that opportunity.

I remember in 2005-2006-2007, there was a ton of open time, I worked my butt off, but never even came close to $40k. These bonuses are unheard of. A $20k a year BONUS?!? Holy crap. I just can't imagine. No more driving a 20 year old car. No more packing your food for four days at a time to save money. No more living in crappy apartments. No more feeling like you can't provide for your family. Just incredible.

I don't think 200 hours of credit a month is sustainable even at Piedmont... If you want to play that game last month I did 147 hours of credit plus the share of the bonus = $6350 a month - still more than $15 grand a year more than a Piedmont pilot, and that's not including per diem which is probably included in your $5k figure

I'm sure PDT is a great place to go and I have friends there, but your incessant bashing of Endeavor is old. Each have their benefits, but if you think a Piedmont first year FO will make more than an Endeavor one I have a bridge to sell you.

Hmmmm, as an FO at PDT, I can assure you we make no damn way near $5,000 a month!!! Might want to recalculate that one!!!
