When are they gonna figure it out that QOL and pay need to be addressed to attract new bodies to this industry. Not one single pilot I know will honestly recommend becoming a pilot.

Well it sucks you won't get it by staying, it's for new hires only...

Endeavor gets $20k a year, for everyone, over four years IIRC.

except that party ends in 2018, so really just $20k/year for the next two.
