Add 4% to whichever ca rate you want.
Bonus pay is being rolled into hourly rates so posting them would be missleading.
Example. My hourly is currently 8% greater than at express. New rates will be 20% greater. Net increase in compensation will only be 4% though.

I saw it. It's not impressive in the slightest, and plenty of vague nonsense like SkyWest "reserving the right" to offer a new hire bonus of up to $30,000 or raise FO pay by $5, at company discretion.
