No they are not. You bid your base right away

Then why not included them as junior FOs? Those guys got IAH and they’re not even out of training. Heck they just started.

Someone just sent me a list showing an 8/18 hire into IAH that was off the last vacancy.

Any word on TYS growing?

New hires are assigned a base in training but their base isn’t reflected on the seniority list until they finish training. Until then, all the new hires show up as “IAH.”

Gabe told me that I would "be on reserve MAYBE a month at EWR".

However, this is showing the junior FO lineholder at EWR is a 2017 hire. Am I missing something here, or did I misunderstand him at the interview?

That’s the most junior HARD line holder. There are a number of “relief” lines built, and they are very similar to hard lines. Somebody else can explain the difference and stuff....but Gabe probably only lied a LITTLE to you, not a LOT.

Rule #1, never believe anything a regional airline recruiter says.

Rule #2, never forget rule #1.
