Can locals
1)choose to stay on reserve even after they hold a line
2) aggressively bid for the best reserve trips on the reserve schedule of their choice the day prior to the trip
3) block and credit super efficient trips

How long has the junior line holder at EWR been out of IOE?

1. Yes
2. Yes. Reserves can aggressively pick up flying as early as two days out under the new contract.
3. Yes, with some seniority. Also yes, with some skill (and sometimes luck) with our initial line improvement window.
