Default Delay between Indoc and Systems

Anyone know if there is still 2 weeks between the end of Indoc and the start of systems?

A few new hires in 3 classes after mine were starting to range from 2 weeks to a month.

Heard it was down to 1 week or none. Think a class started today so tbd.
Not a bad thing perse as long as you use it to study flows.

I thought the crj were to be done this month so that should help?

I’m starting on the 15th so I was just curious what to expect. Haven’t heard much about from the company yet.

If you get 145 training, I guarantee you will have some kind of delay. There are people from my class who were hired in May who are still getting delays. For 175 training, I'm not entirely sure but I would guess there are less delays in 175 training.

They both have about a 1 week break in between indoc and systems. Things are starting to move along now that the CRJ folks are near completion of their transition. Either way you are getting paid to study.

CRJ transitions are through but there is a shortage of flight instructors. I’ve had sims cancelled on 3 separate occasions due to no instructor coverage. Each cancellation set me back 4 days to a week.

Question CRJ 200's

Were the CRJ 200s from Skywest, did they take them back when ExpressJet sold??

Those planes were leased to Expressjet at the end of last year. But they were in such poor shape that XJT decided to turn them back to Skywest and focus just on ERJs and 175s.
