Is training more than 90 days for pilots who progress with the syllabus (IE not assigned extra training due to performance)?

Non AQP is the way training has been done for a long time, why is that a **** show?

There is limited space in Houston. Training somewhere else doesn't sound like that big of a deal.

Unless you came to ExpressJet for their “excellent training.” The timelines do seem to be getting better, date of hire to starting IOE is scheduled to be just under 90 days.

It’s not a big deal either way. Training is fine.
