No bad news coming. Everything on this forum is over dramatized. Relax and enjoy class. Every regional is constantly changing. Just have to focus on the flying and don’t let the negativity of some get you down. It’s not all that bad here. Lots of pilots here for 15+ years by choice. There is a contract but it’s not contracted employment.

One thing the XJT has been really good at is hiring people who are good to fly with. The ground and flight instructors know their stuff, and they want you to learn it.

And I think DSPS may actually be JB and not SK. Trying to paint doom and gloom here because he can’t do it on XJT pilot lounge without violating an NDA.
Scott Hall said back in November that XJT would be shifting Ops out of the northeast to the southwest. That will probably happen gradually as G7 gets the 550 staffed up.“
